I cannot even begin to express how amazing Charles is at his job—saying THANK YOU is not enough. This man is the most trustworthy and thorough person you’re ever going to find. If he can fit somewhere, he’s absolutely going to crawl, climb, peek, and do whatever it takes to inspect every corner of a space.

I take my research seriously when selecting someone to do a job. After doing thorough research, I called him and within 30 seconds of speaking to Charles, I knew he was the man for the job and that I could trust him. Others I spoke with and researched seemed decent, but I got the vibe they weren’t truly passionate about what they do. It felt like they might overlook important things and would just go through the motions. Charles was the complete opposite—he was passionate about his work, extremely knowledgeable, and very good at what he does.

Charles exceeded my expectations. HE DID NOT OVERLOOK ANYTHING! He found issues that weren’t even on my list and gave me considerations I hadn’t thought of before. It’s rare to find someone who is sharp, passionate, thinks outside the box, is very skilled, and genuinely cares about their customers’ well-being.

He took the time to chat with me about my concerns from inspections and helped educate me so that, when I look at other houses in the future, I’ll immediately know what to look for and avoid wasting time on houses that are just ‘lipstick on pigs.’ Because Charles is incredibly thorough and an expert in his field, he saved us from houses and situations that would have been an absolute nightmare. We would have had to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to fix them, and as new home buyers, that would have put us in a bad financial position.

More importantly, he helped us protect our family from physical dangers these houses posed—dangers we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. When the economy improves and we’re ready to buy a house again, Charles will be the ONLY person I trust to inspect homes for me and my family, wherever we decide to look. Charles is awesome! He was there inspecting the outside when we arrived. He was very thorough and explained so much that we didn't know. He was also very affordable. We are so happy we chose him. You should too, you won't regret it!
